Labor of Love Retreat
A Restorative Weekend for Women Who Carry So Much
A three-day retreat to set down what you’ve been holding, reconnect with yourself, and return to your life with more presence and ease.
September 4-6, 2026 in Sonoma, California;Â Labor Day Weekend Friday through Sunday
BOOK NOWThe Invitation: Who This is For
Â
This retreat was created for women who are already carrying a full life.
Women who are capable, responsible, loving, and deeply needed — by their families, their work, their communities. Women who are often the emotional center of everything, yet quietly depleted by the weight of always being the one who holds it all together.
If a part of you is already saying, “I don’t have time,” or “This isn’t the season for me,” or “Other people need me more right now,” you’re not alone. That response makes sense. It’s how you’ve learned to survive.
And it’s also the exact pattern this retreat is here to gently interrupt.
This retreat is for women who manage full lives and responsibility with competence and grace, but who notice the cost showing up in subtle (and not-so-subtle) ways.Â
This retreat is for you if:
-
You love your family and your life, yet feel a tension between devotion and depletion.
-
You know you're ready for a change and want life to feel more steady and sustainable, but unsure how to get there.Â
-
You’ve noticed patience thinning — with your kids, your partner, or at work — more than you’d like to admit.
-
You find emotions leaking out sideways: irritation, shutdown, tears, or sudden overwhelm after long stretches of “holding it together.”
-
You feel resentment toward your partner’s perceived freedom — their ability to rest, have hobbies, or move through life with fewer mental or emotional burdens.
- You are deeply sensitive and emotionally aware, even if you’ve learned to stay composed for the sake of others.
-
You’re tired of managing yourself just enough to keep things running, while ignoring what you actually need.
This retreat is especially resonant for mothers, caregivers, leaders, creatives, and professionals navigating a season of transition — whether that’s a shift in identity, work, relationships, or simply a growing awareness that something inside wants more room to breathe.
You do not need to be in crisis.
You do not need to be broken.
You do not need to perform, share, or explain yourself.
You only need to be willing to arrive as you are.

The Promise: What This Work Makes Possible
Â
This isn’t a retreat that asks you to abandon your life or responsibilities. It’s an invitation to step out of constant reaction and into intentional spaciousness — so you can return clearer, steadier, and more resourced than before.
Many women arrive unsure whether they “deserve” dedicated time for themselves. They leave knowing — at a nervous-system level — that tending to themselves is not indulgent. It’s foundational.
Rather than promising specific outcomes, this retreat is designed to support conditions that many women experience as meaningful and lasting.
After our time together, women often notice:
• Less emotional overwhelm
You stop living in reaction mode. Your nervous system softens. You move through your day with more steadiness, even when life doesn’t get easier.
• More peace in your home
You communicate with more clarity and less friction. You stop snapping at your kids or carrying silent resentment toward your partner. The emotional climate of your family shifts.
• Space in your life — even when the load stays the same
You learn how to create internal spaciousness and external boundaries so the same responsibilities feel lighter, more manageable, and less consuming.
• A relationship with yourself that feels honest and supportive
You hear your own truth beneath the noise and finally trust it. You abandon yourself far less often.Â
• Emotional clarity that unlocks forward movement
You see what’s been holding you back — and what’s been trying to pull you forward — without shame, judgment, or pressure.
• A clearer sense of direction
You know what you want, what matters most, and what you’re no longer willing to tolerate. Decisions get easier. Your path forward becomes obvious instead of overwhelming.
• A life rhythm that actually matches your values
Your days reflect more of what you say you care about — family, freedom, creativity, rest, joy. Alignment becomes a lifestyle, not a someday idea.
• Practical steps that create real freedom in your calendar and your body
Small shifts begin to open real time, real energy, and real choice. You feel it in your mornings, your evenings, and your relationships.
• Coherence between who you are and how you live
You stop performing and start inhabiting your life from the inside out. You move with more integrity, more ease, and more truth.
This is transformation that feels like exhaling.
Coming home.
Becoming whole.
