5D Journeys Labor of Love Retreat will be hosted in Sonoma, California at the charming Westerbeke Ranch. Our group will have exclusive use of the Westerbeke property during the retreat weekend.

Labor of Love is intentionally application-based because I believe the women who share this weekend are just as important as the retreat itself. 

The application isn't about proving you're worthy of being here.

It's simply an opportunity for us to get to know one another, ensure this experience is the right fit, and thoughtfully create a community where every woman feels welcomed, supported, and able to show up exactly as she is.

Labor of Love isn’t a promise that one weekend will change everything—and I don’t believe anyone can responsibly guarantee a particular outcome. 

What I can offer is an intentionally designed experience grounded in practices I’ve used personally and with others, alongside approaches supported by established or growing research—including mindfulness, reflection, movement, values-based work, somatic and breath practices, and meaningful social connection.

I’ve seen these practices help create greater clarity, stronger boundaries, more intentional choices, and a deeper connection to self. 

What you take from the weekend will be personal to you and influenced by how you choose to engage. You’ll always have agency over your participation.

And you’ll probably return home to many of the same responsibilities you left behind. The goal isn’t to give you a different life in three days. It’s to help you return to your life with a different relationship to what you carry—and practical ways to reconnect with yourself when life gets full again.

A limited number of Founding Circle Scholarships are available for women who feel deeply called to this experience but may need financial support to attend. 

Scholarship requests are reviewed as part of the application process. I'm looking not only at financial need, but also at alignment with the heart of this retreat and the kind of community we're intentionally creating together.

All main meals are included, with many ingredients sourced directly from the Westerbeke gardens. For Early Arrival guests, this includes lunch on Friday. For all attendees, meals include dinner on Friday; breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday; and dinner on Saturday.

Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available at every meal, and additional dietary needs can be accommodated upon request. The food is a true highlight of the Westerbeke experience—you will be well nourished and well cared for.

Westerbeke Ranch offers five charming cabins on the property, each with multiple guest rooms and a small private outdoor space. All accommodations are shared, with most rooms hosting 3–4 guests. Room assignments will be thoughtfully coordinated upon arrival, with custom arrangements available by request in advance whenever possible. Our group will have exclusive use of the Westerbeke property during the retreat weekend.

Retreat cancellations that can be rebooked will be refunded, less a cancellation fee. If you choose to transfer your reservation to another guest, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Cancellations that are not filled prior to the event are non-refundable. In these cases, funds may be applied toward other services by mutual agreement.

First, complete your Labor of Love Retreat booking. Upon completion, you will receive a link to purchase the Early Arrival add-on. Early Arrival is limited to 12 guests while the main retreat accommodates up to 30. 

Yes. With advance notice, we’re happy to accommodate requests to room with a friend. Most Westerbeke rooms sleep 3-4 guests, so you may also be paired with another guest you haven’t met before. Please email us after booking with any accommodation requests, and we’ll do our best to honor them.

Westerbeke Ranch offers two accessible parking areas and one accessible bedroom with an accessible toilet, as well as temporary ramps. Please note that the Ranch was built in the 1930s and is situated on a hillside, which means accessibility is limited in some areas — particularly for overnight accommodations that require independent mobility between cabins, event spaces, and dining areas.

If you have questions or specific accessibility needs, we encourage you to contact us prior to booking so we can discuss whether the retreat environment will be a good fit and explore possible accommodations together.

Pets are not permitted at the retreat. Service animals are welcome; however, we ask that you notify us in advance if you will be bringing a service animal so we can plan appropriately and ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
