Nominate a woman you love.
Sometimes the woman who needs this most isn't the one searching for it.Â
Whether she's your wife, sister, mother, daughter, friend, or colleague, this is your opportunity to let her know she's seen.
Labor of Love is a restorative weekend created for women who spend so much of themselves caring for others that they've begun to lose sight of themselves.
If someone came to mind as you read those words, you're probably here for a reason.
September 4-6, 2026 in Sonoma, California |Â Labor Day Weekend Friday through Sunday

Why We Created This
So many of the women who belong at Labor of Love would never describe themselves as burned out.
They're simply doing what they've always done—taking care of everyone else.
Sometimes the first person to recognize that she needs care isn't her.
It's someone who loves her.
What Happens Next
Â
Nominating someone is simple, thoughtful, and completely pressure-free.
-
Share her story. Tell me about the woman who came to mind and why you believe Labor of Love could be meaningful for her.
-
I'll personally review every nomination. Each one is read with care and considered individually.
-
If it feels like the right fit, I'll personally reach out to her. She'll receive a thoughtful invitation to learn more and decide for herself whether she'd like to apply. There is never any obligation or expectation to attend.
Submitting a nomination is simply an opportunity to help someone you care about feel seen and cared for.Â
If there's anything you'd like me to know as I review her nomination, including whether financial support might make attending possible, you'll have an opportunity to share that below. A limited number of Founding Circle Scholarships are available.Â
- Want to learn more before nominating? You can learn more about the retreat experience, accommodations, schedule, and what's included on the Retreat Details page.
- Because Labor of Love is less than a month away, nominations are best suited for women who can reasonably travel to Sonoma, California. If someone farther away comes to mind, you're still welcome to nominate her!Â
