What the Weekend Looks Like: Retreat Agenda Overview
Â
The Labor of Love Retreat is intentionally planned as spacious, supported arc — not a rigid schedule
This retreat follows a gentle progression through the elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — designed to support your nervous system, emotional clarity, and integration back into real life.
This weekend isn’t about doing more work on yourself. It’s about time out — space to laugh, move, rest, be in nature, and enjoy being with yourself again.Â
You’ll be guided, held, and supported — without being rushed, pushed, or put on the spot. The intention is that you leave feeling lighter, more alive, and reminded of the part of you that doesn't exist to take care of everyone else. Remember her?Â

The Inner Shift You Carry Forward
-
Less emotional overwhelm
You stop living in reaction mode. Your nervous system softens. Even when life stays full, you move through it with more steadiness. -
More peace at home
Communication becomes clearer and less charged. You snap less, resent less, and the emotional climate of your family begins to shift. -
Space — even when the load stays the same
You learn how to create internal spaciousness and clearer boundaries so responsibilities feel lighter and more manageable. -
An honest, supportive relationship with yourself
You stop abandoning your own truth. You hear it, trust it, and let it guide you. -
Clarity about what matters and what doesn’t
You know what you want, what you’re no longer willing to tolerate, and what your next step actually is. Decisions get easier. -
A rhythm of life that matches your values
Your days begin to reflect what you care about — family, freedom, creativity, rest, joy — not just what you’re responsible for. -
Practical freedom in your calendar and your body
Small shifts unlock real energy, real time, and real choice. You feel it in your mornings, evenings, and relationships. -
Emotional clarity that unlocks forward movement
You see what’s been holding you back — and what’s been calling you forward — without shame or pressure. -
Coherence between who you are and how you live
You stop performing and start inhabiting your life from the inside out, with more integrity, ease, and truth.
This is transformation that feels like exhaling.
Like coming home.
Like becoming whole.
Retreat Location, Accommodations, and Food

The Retreat Setting: Westerbeke Ranch
Westerbeke Ranch is a quiet, expansive retreat sanctuary tucked into the rolling hills of Sonoma County. The land itself is part of the experience — open, grounding, and intentionally held.
This is a place designed for slowing down.
Meadows, oak trees, gardens, walking paths, and wide skies create a natural sense of spaciousness. There are places to gather — and places to be alone. A labyrinth, outdoor seating, and gentle paths invite reflection, movement, and rest throughout the weekend.
Many guests describe arriving and feeling their shoulders drop almost immediately.

Food & Nourishment
All main meals are included and prepared on-site with care.

The Overall Experience
Westerbeke Ranch offers something increasingly rare:Â room to breathe.
The combination of land, food, and accommodations creates an environment where you don’t have to manage yourself, impress anyone, or stay “on.” The setting quietly supports the deeper work of the weekend — without asking anything from you in return.
This is a place to arrive, soften, and remember what it feels like to be held by the environment itself.
This is not about escaping your life. It’s about learning how to live it with more ease, presence, and internal permission.
