This retreat is intentionally limited in size to protect pacing, presence, and relational safety. The main weekend is capped at 40 guests, with an optional Early Arrival Welcome limited to only 12 participants. When the container is full, registration closes.Â
Reserving your place early simply ensures you’re held within that container.
Early registration also allows us to begin a gentle, thoughtful orientation process—learning about you, your needs, and any accommodations to consider as we finalize the weekend’s flow, practices, and logistics. This helps the retreat plan be responsive rather than fixed or one-size-fits-all.
Registration remains open until the retreat reaches capacity.Â

I'M READY - BOOK NOWIs This You?
Â
Do you say “yes” too often and only realize you’re overwhelmed when your body reacts with a visceral “NO” before you can stop it?
Do you feel constantly on alert, anticipating everyone’s needs, even when nothing is “wrong”?
Do you avoid the mirror some days, over-scrutinize your body on others, and feel guilty about not exercising as often as you think you should?
Do you feel overprotective or tense with your children, hesitant to let them stumble or fail?
Do you feel resentment (and then guilt) when your partner takes time for their hobbies or social activities?Â
Do you quietly grieve the woman you were before motherhood, when caring for yourself felt simpler?
This retreat was created for you.
Reserve your spot now to start curating your retreat experience.Â

What Changes After This Work (In Real Life Terms)
Â
This retreat doesn’t ask you to fix yourself. It gives your system a chance to reorganize.
Our practices and time together are carefully curated to help attendees access:
The boundary that shows up before the blow-up.
Rest that actually feels restful.
The “no” that comes calmly instead of all at once.
A gentler relationship with your body, and movement that feels supportive, not punishment.
More capacity to let your children be who they are without criticizing and correcting.
More clarity about your needs so you don't resent when others spend time caring for themselves.Â
Acceptance for where you are in life, more awareness of the tender moments, and more appreciation overall.Â
This is what coherence feels like. Not dramatic change, but steady relief.
